Getting The Most From Your Session
- Make sure you are hydrated in the days leading up to your session.
- Drink plenty of water and eat nutrient-dense meals before your session. You’ll want to be satisfied but not overly full to help your body prepare for the detoxifying effects of the EESystem. This helps to increase the effects of the EESystem by not expending energy on digestion, but centering focus on the rest and repair mechanism of your body’s nervous system.
- Dress comfortably. Our EES room is temperature controlled to create a calm, relaxing environment.
- Arrive for your session with an open heart and mind. Your body is more willing to accept physical and emotional healing if you trust your own natural healing power. Meditation is a great way to tap into your power!

In the healing room

- Find a great spot in one of our comfortable recliners – many are power recliners. Some chairs may be reserved and will have a sign on them.
- Do not touch the monitors — they are calibrated to within 1/100 of an inch. Touching the monitors will get you promptly escorted out of the room.
- Take your shoes off and get comfortable with your blanket and pillow.
- Take a moment to check into how you feel — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
- Set your intentions for what you would like the frequency to help you with — not what you don’t want.
- Take a nap, enjoy the high frequency and let your cells get charged.
After Your Session
- You do not need to keep track of time. Your host will enter the room and let you know your time is over.
- Gather your things. Please check before you leave that you have everything.
- Pay attention in the coming days of how you feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
- It is extremely important to use a SEA SALT DETOX BATH or FOOT SOAK to pull all toxins from your body after your EES session. Salt pulls toxins out of your body like a magnet. This can help minimize detox side effects such as brain fog and headaches. We will be offering sea salt soaks for purchase. This is a crucial step in achieving maximum benefits!
- Hydrate with more water and follow up your session with healthy meals. Your body needs whole foods to perform at its best, especially during and after detoxification.
- Give your body time to rest, restore, and recover. A full 8 hours or more is recommended to give your body time to heal and rejuvenate.
- You can’t expect to heal instantly, your body needs time to shift and make adjustments. If you don’t feel anything right away, it’s okay. We can’t always feel what’s happening on a cellular level. As you detoxify sometimes you can initially feel worse before you feel better, that’s simply part of the healing process.
