Our session involves immersing oneself in soothing sounds produced by our instruments which include singing bowls\, Tibetan bells\, a shruti box and Handpan\, which can induce a state of deep relaxation. \nThis relaxation helps to alleviate stress\, anxiety\, and tension\, promoting mental clarity and emotional balance. Additionally\, chakra chanting\, which involves vocalizing specific sounds associated with different energy centers in the body will support balancing and aligning these energy centers\, thereby enhancing physical\, emotional\, and spiritual health. \nDuring a portion of the sound bath we dedicate time to chanting “Lam” for the root chakra\, “Vam” for the sacral chakra\, “Ram” for the solar plexus chakra\, “Yam” for the heart chakra\, “Ham” for the throat chakra\, “Ohm” for the third eye chakra\, and “silence” for the crown chakra.\nTogether\, sound baths and chakra chanting along with your scalar wave session offer a holistic approach to well-being\, fostering harmony and vitality in mind\, body\, and spirit. \nMore information about sound healing\, vibration\, chanting and scalar waves can be found here.
